We're back for another unforgettable weekend of crafting!

Join the Lisa Horton Crafts team on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September 2027 for two wonderful days of creativity, inspiration and crafting together!

Following the success of our previous retreats, we're delighted to be returning to the same beautiful seafront venue in Eastbourne, with stunning views overlooking the English coastline.

Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning for another year, we can't wait to welcome you for a weekend filled with crafting, laughter, inspiration and plenty of familiar faces!

Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy a selection of hands-on workshops led by experienced crafting experts, with exciting projects designed to inspire and help you discover new techniques.

Every attendee will also receive an exclusive Lisa Horton Crafts Retreat Goodie Bag, filled with special crafting treats!

Closer to the event, we'll share further details about your workshops, projects and any tools or craft supplies you'll need to bring along.

And of course, our Lisa Horton Crafts pop-up shop will be available throughout the weekend, giving you the opportunity to browse and stock up on your favourite crafting essentials!

Important Information & Booking Terms

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing your retreat ticket.

Tickets & Attendance

• Your ticket provides admission to the Lisa Horton Crafts Retreat on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September 2027.

• Tickets are valid for the full two-day event and are available by advance purchase only.

• Spaces are limited, and admission will not be available on the day without a valid pre-purchased ticket.

• Please ensure you are available to attend before completing your booking.

Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers

• All retreat ticket bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

• As this is a leisure event taking place on specific dates, tickets are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• If you are unable to attend due to a change in personal circumstances, illness, travel difficulties or other personal commitments, refunds will not ordinarily be provided, subject to your statutory rights.

• Tickets may not be resold, transferred to another person or exchanged for another event without our prior written agreement.

• If the retreat is cancelled by Lisa Horton Crafts, attendees will be entitled to a refund of their retreat ticket price.

• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Accommodation & Travel

• Accommodation and travel are not included in the ticket price and must be arranged separately.

• A special hotel accommodation discount code will be provided for attendees wishing to stay at the venue, subject to hotel availability and the hotel's booking terms.

• You are welcome to arrange alternative accommodation if you prefer.

• Full venue details, accommodation information and the hotel discount code will be provided following your ticket purchase.

• Lisa Horton Crafts is not responsible for travel or accommodation arrangements made independently by attendees, except where required by law. We recommend considering suitable travel insurance and checking the cancellation terms of any third-party bookings.

Lunch & Dietary Requirements

• Lunch is included on both Saturday and Sunday. New for 2027 - Sunday will be a carvery lunch.

• Meals are prepared by the venue's catering team. While we will endeavour to communicate dietary requirements to the venue, we cannot guarantee that every dietary requirement can be accommodated.

• Food may be prepared or handled in environments containing allergens, including nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy and other common allergens.

• If you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements, please contact us before purchasing your ticket so that we can discuss these with the venue.

• Guests with allergies should also confirm the suitability of meals directly with the catering team before consuming them.

Event Programme & Changes

• Workshop hosts, projects, demonstrations and activities may be subject to reasonable changes where necessary.

• Should any changes be required, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives and notify attendees of significant changes.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation or a significant change to the event, your rights under applicable consumer law will apply.

If you have accessibility requirements or need any reasonable adjustments to help you participate in the retreat, please contact us ahead of the event so we can discuss how best to accommodate your needs.

Free postage on all orders over £40 UK ONLY

• All orders under £40 are £3.99 in the UK
• The Rest of the World is £20.00 per order up to 2kg in weight and £40 per order over 2kg up to 5kg.

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Lisa Horton Crafts Ltd does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
