- The Rest of the World is £20.00 per order up to 2kg in weight and £40 per order over 2kg up to 5kg.

Duties and taxes
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Lisa Horton Crafts Ltd does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
EU Orders – Customs Charges
From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs regulations for goods imported from outside the EU.
For orders with a value of €150 or less, a €3 customs duty may apply for each unique HS (Harmonised System) tariff code included within your parcel. If your order contains products classified under multiple HS codes, multiple €3 charges may apply.
These charges are imposed under EU customs regulations and are separate from the shipping charges and any taxes paid during checkout. They are not determined by Lisa Horton Crafts and may vary depending on the contents of your order.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges required by your local customs authority remain the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether your order may incur additional charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.
