International delivery availability may vary by destination, weight, parcel dimensions, product type or applicable restrictions.

Dispatch and Delivery Times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Any dispatch or delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by postal or courier disruption, severe weather, customs processing or unusually high order volumes.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to amend the address where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered packing or dispatch.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional redelivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
Responsibility for Your Order During Delivery
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of someone you have identified to receive them on your behalf, except where the law provides otherwise.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees.
Depending on the destination, these may either be collected at checkout or become payable during import.
Where charges have not been collected by Lisa Horton Crafts at checkout, they may be charged to the recipient.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into the destination country.
EU Orders – Customs Charges
From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced a temporary customs duty for certain low-value goods imported into the EU from outside the EU.
For orders with an intrinsic goods value of €150 or less, a €3 customs duty may apply for each distinct tariff classification or product category included in the parcel.
Several identical products falling under the same tariff classification may attract one €3 charge, whereas products falling under different tariff classifications may attract separate €3 charges.
These charges are separate from our shipping charges and any VAT or other taxes paid at checkout.
Where they have not been collected by Lisa Horton Crafts at checkout, they may become payable by the recipient during import.
Lisa Horton Crafts does not set these charges and cannot guarantee the exact amount applied.
Customs Information
For international orders, we may be required to provide:
- a description of the goods;
- their value;
- country of origin; and
- relevant customs or tariff classification.
We cannot mark commercial purchases as gifts or artificially reduce their declared value.
Delays Caused by Customs
International parcels may be delayed during customs processing.
Customs processing times are outside our control.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed International Parcels
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, customs charges were not paid, delivery was refused, or delivery could not be completed for a reason attributable to the recipient, please contact us.
If you want the parcel resent, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Delivery Restrictions
Some products may be subject to postal, carrier or customs restrictions.
If this affects an order already placed, we will contact you.
