Meet the Lisa Horton Crafts team | Lorraine Sanders

Hi ! Lorraine here. I live in the North West of England on the outskirts of Manchester, since my children have fled the nest it’s just my husband and I.
I started crafting at the age of 3 when my eldest sister taught me how to knit.
I was definitely born with busy hands and over the years have enjoyed many different crafts.

I began making cards about 15 years ago. I had a lot of milestone birthdays in the family and due to commitments at home didn’t have time to browse the stores for the perfect cards as I usually did so decided to make my own.
The first Lisa Horton product I bought was Box Kit number 1, I was hooked and my collection escalated from there.
I posted my makes in a craft magazines Facebook group and someone suggested I might enjoy the Crafting With Lisa Horton Facebook group and as they were approaching 2,000 members another one would be much appreciated.

As my stash grew I entered a card into one of the monthly challenges in the group and was delighted to win. The following month I added a card to the challenge album as a token of thanks for the fabulous prize I’d received. I was totally shocked to win again and the prize was a guest spot on the DT, that was July 2021.

It’s almost impossible to single out 3 of my favourite products as I have so many, here’s 3 that I definitely couldn’t craft without

I am looking forward to all that Lisa will bring to 2025. The launch of her die cutting machine is definitely going to be an exciting start to the year and I’m intrigued by what amazing layering stencils and folders are in store for us.
