File Details

•     Format: PDF files, supplied together in one ZIP file

•     Size: US Letter only — A4 is a separate download, sold separately

•     Print setting: always print at 100% / actual size, never “fit to page”, so the print matches the die size exactly

•     Paper: print on US Letter paper only; a different paper size throws off the fit

•     Delivery: instant digital download — no physical item is shipped

How to Print

1.      Open the US Letter file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is free, and some browser PDF viewers apply their own scaling, which would change the print size.

2.      Go to File > Print. This opens the print dialog where the scale settings live.

3.      Set the print scale to “Actual Size” or 100%. In Acrobat Reader this is under “Page Sizing & Handling”. Avoid “Fit to Printable Area”, “Shrink to Fit” and “Fit to Page”, because they resize the print and it will no longer match the die.

4.      Check your printer's Page Setup matches your paper. The paper size in the dialog must be US Letter, the same as the file and the paper in your tray, or some printers will auto-scale even with “Actual Size” selected.
