• Points are only valid on purchases made at thatcraftplace.co.uk and lisahortoncrafts.com. To earn and redeem points, you will need an account with our website, which requires a valid email address.
• Points earned have no cash equivalent outside of the scheme. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, exchanged, gifted or used elsewhere in any other scheme.
• You must have an activated account to be able to accumulate your points. Once activated your points will begin to accumulate on purchases.
• Your discount will automatically be applied to your basket. You must be logged on to your valid account with membership activation.
• Gift Cards are excluded. Lisa Horton Crafts Ltd reserve the right to exclude any products at any time.
• Lisa Horton Crafts can cancel, withdraw or alter the Club initiative, including these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Lisa Horton Crafts can alter Membership levels with 30 days’ notice to the membership database.
• Lisa Horton Crafts can take any action it considers appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme or offers.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Lisa Horton Crafts Terms and Conditions.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on the collection and use of personal data.
• As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Club member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
• Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
