Angel Policy

To ensure we protect everyone from the misuse of images, below are details of our Angel Policy for you to follow when you are working with our designs.  These designs include those from That Craft Place Ltd, Lisa Horton Crafts and Danny McIntosh. These include:

Embossing Folders, Stamps, Dies, Stencils, Papers, MDF and any other product created by the above.

If you are unsure of use please contact us at the above email address prior to producing your product.

There is no limit to handmade items sold for charity or for profit, so long as they abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.

Handmade projects may be sold at retail locations, as well as temporary craft events, community fundraisers and over the Internet. When you sell your handmade projects the seller must make it clear that the items are handmade or personally created by the seller and not a product created by Lisa Horton Crafts, Danny McIntosh or That Craft Place Ltd.

Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited and will result in further action being taken.

All images and artwork cannot be copied without permission. Therefore, each crafted item created for sale must be personally made by the individual and may not be copied/scanned or reproduced in any way. This includes graphic, digital, electronic or photocopying

Images for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks are not allowed.
